Demos by Lucas & Paula:
A short summary:
Lucas Carrizo and Paula Tejeda, aside from being two of the most beautiful dancers and beautiful people you might ever meet, are two of the nicest and friendliest personalities in Tango. Winning championships, being featured in top shows and becoming famous has not changed this couple at all. Lucas and Paula are always profoundly interested in the technical and emotional learning of their students. They teach in a gradual and perceptive approach. Lucas and Paula have worked to create a beautiful dance between the two of them, but they work equally hard to share their knowledge so that their students can truly feel and live the Argentine Tango.
Paula and Lucas have reached the highest levels of achievement in tango. They were crowned as the 2010 Metropolitan Tango Championship Champions in Tango category and placed as runners up in the Vals category. They were also part of the brilliant Miguel Angel Zotto tango production -TangoX2- with many show in Europe.
Actually they have performed and conducted seminars in United States, Korea, Hong Kong and many cities of China.
Paula and Lucas are super technicians. They believe that every style of tango has to be based in great technique for it to be great tango. It doesn’t matter what “style” of tango you like or you study, they need to understand the rules of movements, axis, and circularity are fundamental in creating your own dance.
